Almond Chicken

| 1.5 kg. Chicken |
| 100 g. ground Almonds (or other nuts) |
| ½ teaspoon Salt |
| ½ teaspoon freshly ground Black Pepper |
| ½ teaspoon Paprika |
| 2 teaspoons King Piri-Piri Original Recipe mix |

| Cut chicken into pieces, wash and dry.
Roll each piece in a mixture of the ground almonds or nuts, salt , pepper, paprika and the King Piri-Piri Original mix. |

| Place pieces skin down in a buttered baking pan, side by side.
Bake at 160°C/325°F or until done.
Serve with rice or noodles. |
